ainoil Logistics Services Limited has announced the appointment of Oyiadika Odor MBF, MNIPR as its new Managing Director.

Odor's journey within Rainoil spans over a decade of hands-on operational experience across multiple functions and geographies.

He began his career with the company as Regional Manager East, before moving through roles including Procurement and Logistics Planning Manager, Depot Head Dispatch, Head of Depot Sales, and Fleet Manager.

He subsequently served as Logistics Manager and then Head of Logistics, a position he held for over four years before his elevation to the Managing Director role.

The appointment marks the elevation of a professional whose entire career has been built within the Rainoil ecosystem, having joined the organisation in 2012 and progressively risen through nearly every level of its logistics and operations structure.

The depth and breadth of that progression, from depot-level operations in the Niger Delta to the leadership of the company's entire logistics arm, reflects a career built not on shortcuts but on institutional knowledge, operational mastery, and sustained performance.
